• Mining Services Agreement negotiation, implementation, and contracting

• Mining fleet evaluation using TCO modelling, autonomous fleet deployment, and full‑life asset management

• Maintenance Contract negotiation and implementation such as MARC, Parts‑by‑the‑Hour, PPX)
